Benefit Entitlement Check
You may be missing out on welfare benefits to which you are entitled. Turn2us estimates that each year £12.7 billion in income-related benefits and £6.64 billion in tax credits go unclaimed. 85% of low earners are unaware of in-work benefits they could be entitled to claim.
With the above in mind you may wish to complete a benefit entitlement check to check that you are not missing out on what you may be entitled to.
What information do I need?
In order to complete a benefit entitlement check, you will need to gather some information about your situation, a full list of what information you will need to gather can be found here:
• Who lives in the property, including non dependants

• What income is received, including welfare benefits and pension
• Details of any savings and investments
• Housing status, including amount of rent or mortgage
• Details of council tax charges
• Details of any child care that you pay for
Once you have gathered this information, you can complete an online benefit entitlement check using the Benefits Checker on the Turn2Us website.
