Emergency and Out Of Hours Repairs:

Please report any emergency repairs by phone and not by email!

Two Castles Housing Association provides an emergency call out service which deals with emergency repairs outside normal working hours.

Emergency Call Contact Details 

Our normal  0800 085 1171 (free from landlines) or 0300 123 1747 (local rate/low call charge from mobiles) and select the option for out of hours (option 1). 

Alternative numbers are also available using 0845 543 6417 or the direct out of hours number 0161 909 6997

Emergency and Out Of Hours Repairs must not be put through our online Repairs Reporting Service.

If you wish to report a non-urgent repair and you are signed up to our Residents' Portal, please click here to log in to the portal.

If you are not signed up to the Residents' Portal you can report a repair by using our online Repairs Reporting Service, please click here.

Reporting repairs via telephone: 

You can still report a repair over the phone during normal working hours. To do so, please call your local office. The telephone numbers can be found here.
