Parking

On many of our housing schemes parking areas are provided for residents and their visitors.

Our parking areas have been specifically designed so that vehicles do not block estate roads or damage grass verges or footpaths. If you are a resident or a visitor, please ensure that when you park you do not obstruct access to our scheme or inconvenience or endanger others. Parking in the wrong place could affect scheme access for the fire brigade and ambulance service.

All vehicles parked in Two Castles Housing Association grounds must be roadworthy and taxed – if not, the Association can make arrangements to have them removed.

Unless a property has its own driveway/garage, parking bays are not usually allocated to a property and are for the use of all residents and their visitors. In special circumstances however, for example if you are disabled, we may be able to allocate a specific space. Your local office can provide you with more information.
