Our Texting Service

Our Texting service number is 07554 654900 - please save this number to your mobile as "Two Castles Texting Service".

This service will allow us to interact in more ways with our residents. The system is really handy as it will allow you to report a repair, request your rent balance, ask for your Housing Officer to call you back and more!**

If you have your mobile number registered with us, you will automatically be registered for this service and will of already received your "Welcome Message". Don't have your number registered with us? No worries, you can text "REG" to 07554 654900 or call us on 0300 123 1747 to register.

You will no longer need to remember any repair appointments with us as we will text you as soon as we log the repair, you will get a reminder a few days before your appointment and we will also text you on the day of your appointment. If at any point, your appointment is no longer convenient, you have the option to let us know and we will call you to arrange a new appointment at your convenience.

You can also text us using the codes below and you will receive a text back with the information you have requested e.g. if you would like to report a repair, just text us the word "REPAIR" to 07554 654900 and we will call you back to get further information and also to arrange an appointment:

You will receive a message stating that you are now signed up to receive monthly balances
PAID To find out your last payment information You will receive a message containing your last payment information
RENTCALL To request a callback from your Housing Officer* You will receive a message to acknowledge your request; this will be passed on to your Housing Officer*
REPAIR To log a repair You will receive a message to acknowledge your request; we will call you back within our working hours to request further info and arrange an appointment at your convenience
STOP To stop using our messaging service*** You will receive a message to acknowledge your request; you will not receive any more texts from us. You will need to call us to re-activate your texting account

* - if your Housing Officer is not available, we will pass on your request to an appropriate member of staff

** - we will call you back within normal working hours

*** - if you accidentally unsubscribe, text START to re-subscribe to our service
