Meet the team

We re-house in excess of 300 households per year and provide properties for rent or for sale

We aim to build 100 new properties per year and specialise in developing small schemes from three to 30 units in rural locations.

Our work is overseen by our Board, while the day to day running of Two Castles Housing Association is managed by our Chief Executive and the Senior Management Team.

We are also supported by the following departments:

  • Customer Services
    Customer Services are able to assist residents on first time reporting of day to day repairs, queries on your rent account, lettings, details of planned and cyclical works, reporting of complaints, first reports of anti social behaviour and information on new schemes we are developing.
  • Housing Services
    Housing Services look after tenancy queries, including rents, tenancies and neighbourhood concerns. The Housing Services team helps to protect tenants’ interests and will lobby the government and other parties on issues affecting them.
     
  • Property Services
    Property Services looks after all maintenance issues, including major repairs on our existing schemes and also oversees the development of new properties. The team liaises closely with tenants to make sure that work to properties causes minimal disruption.
     
  • Scheme based staff
    Each of our sheltered schemes has a dedicated Resident Manager who works closely with residents to ensure their needs are being met, providing both support and assistance.
  • Finance and Information Technology
    Providing support to operations staff, they ensure rents are recorded, suppliers paid on time, provide budgets and record results. An important part of the service is IT which makes sure that information held is in accordance with data protection regulations
